Applicants must be a minimum of twenty one (21) years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Missouri operators license with no suspensions or revocations in the last three (3) years; Certified Firefighter as required by St. Louis County; State of Missouri Firefighter I & II certification; State of Missouri EMT/B certification; State of Missouri Fire Officer I & II certification or equivalent; State of Missouri Fire Service Instructor I certification or equivalent; an Associates’ Degree in Fire Science; and pass a medical exam and drug screening.  The applicant shall have no less than (15) years of fire service experience with an emphasis in supervision, and leadership management; with a minimum of four (4) years as experience as a Company Officer or above in supervision, training, fire prevention, fire suppression, inspections and Certified Building Official or equivalent.

Deputy Chief Opening

The Battlefield Fire Protection District is accepting applications with resumes for Deputy Chief.
